NordicTrack®, the leading home fitness brand, announces its sponsorship in the Ragnar
Relay Wasatch Back, June 22-23, 2007. With a record-setting 37,000
participants this year, the Wasatch Back has become one of the largest
relay races in the nation. Runners are happy to run from Logan, Utah all
the way to Park City, Utah knowing a portion of the race proceeds will go

Along with NordicTrack's sponsorship, the company is also helping runners
get in shape for the race with a new line of treadmills and ellipticals .
For the out-of-state runner who doesn't have mountains in their backyard,
the NordicTrack AudioStrider(TM) 990 Elliptical has a 30 percent incline that
simulates the Utah mountains. With elevations reaching up to 8,800 feet
throughout the race, it's important that the user trains at an incline to
condition their body for the strenuous mountain race.
When training for the Wasatch Back, workouts can range from 15 minutes to a
few hours. The AudioStrider 990 is equipped with an MP3 port that will keep
the runner motivated through the long training sessions. The user can
connect their MP3 player directly to the NordicTrack console and play their
favorite music with perfect clarity through two premium built-in speakers.
Another training option is the new NordicTrack Viewpoint(TM) 3000 Treadmill . The new entertainment treadmill has a
built-in 7" TV, MP3 port and ifit technology to help the user stay
motivated. The runner can get lost in their favorite TV show through the
built-in cable/DVD ready TV or watch the miles fly by as they listen to

The Viewpoint 3000 Treadmill also offers runners the voice and intelligence
of a personal trainer using ifit® technology. Each ifit® workout card
contains 24 different workouts in an eight-week program that builds toward
